摘　　要：“存量优化”已经成为城市进程中的重要课题,以现存改造需求作为问题切入,通过文献资料,梳理轻型化改造设计的研究概况;分别从承重体系、围护体系、建造体系三方面,结合案例研究与定性分析,归纳轻型化设计之于既有建筑改造的适应性策略,为其他既有建筑改扩建项目提供设计参考。"Stock optimization" has become an important issue in the urban process the existing reconstruction needs as a problem, combing the research situation of lightweight transformation design through literature, combining case study and qualitative analysis, this paper summarizes the adaptive strategy of lightweight design to existing building reconstruction, and provides design reference for other existing building reconstruction and extension projects.
