基于产业特性的生物医药园区空间适配研究

摘　　要：生物医药产业的快速发展,对其研发和生产能力提出了更高要求,加强生物医药园区的空间适配性研究有重要意义。文章以评估的研究方法为主,通过实证调研珠海、广州、成都等多个园区样本,分析了生物医药产业所特有的产业链关联性强、工艺流程复杂和具有污染性风险三方面的特性,进而从产业、工艺和环评三个维度分别对生物医药园区的空间适配要求进行了分析和归纳,为生物医药园区的设计、建设和运营提供了针对性的参照和指引。The rapid development of the biomedical industry has put forward higher requirements for its R&D and production capabilities, and it is of great significance to strengthen the research on the spatial adaptability of the biomedical park. Based on research methods of POE, through investigations of samples from multiple parks in Zhuhai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, etc. this paper analyzes the characteristics of the biomedical industry in three aspects: strong industrial chain relevance, complex process flow, and pollution risk. The spatial adaptation requirements of the biomedical park are analyzed and summarized from the three dimensions of industry, process flow and environmental impact, respectively, to provide targeted references and guidelines for the design, construction and operation of the biomedical park.
