摘　　要：文章通过对江西省南昌市八一广场南地段的实地调研,在城市中心老城区出现无序与滞后的背景下,结合老城区红色文化和生活文化等历史文化背景,提出城市设计的思路和具体方案。在对实体城市空间进行改造的基础上,采用与增强现实技术结合的方式,促进该地块的用地价值和城市形象,从而实现老城区的有机更新。Based on the field investigation of the south section of Bayi Square in Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province,under the background of disorder and lag in the old city center,the paper puts forward the thinking and specific plan of urban design in combination with the historical and cultural background such as red culture and living culture in the old city center.On the basis of the transformation of the physical urban space,the method combining with augmented reality technology is adopted to promote the land value and urban image of the land,so as to realize the organic renewal of the old city.
