摘　　要：近年来,国内城市现代化快速推进,传统的街区却不断遭到破坏,文化遗产逐渐遗失。历史文化街区是我国宝贵的文化遗产,具有重要的历史文化价值,其保护更新与开发利用是文化遗产保护中关注的重点问题。文章以江西省抚州市文昌里汝东园历史文化街区东乡仓片区为研究对象,分析保存现状,参照相关规划与规范,探讨在文化传承前提下对历史文化街区进行价值保护的研究。In modern times, with the rapid development of urban modernization in China, the traditional blocks have been constantly destroyed and the cultural heritage has been gradually lost. Historic and cultural blocks are valuable cultural heritages in China, which have important historical and cultural values. The protection, renewal, development and utilization of them are the key issues concerned in the protection of cultural heritages.This paper takes the dongxiangcang area of rudongyuan historical and cultural block in Wenchang, Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province as the research object to analyze the preservation status and discuss the research on value protection of the historical and cultural block under the premise of cultural inheritance with reference to relevant planning and norms.
