摘 要:豫北地区传统民居通常为合院式布局,笔者通过对道口镇的一处典型传统民居进行现场调研,了解了当地的围护结构形式和做法,计算了围护结构各个部位的传热系数,并通过PMV热评价模型对该建筑在冬季测试期间的热工性能进行定量描述。研究发现,古镇居民冬季生活舒适度很低,在室内居住感到寒冷。研究还发现,传统外墙和屋顶做法与现代居住建筑有很大不同,采用传统的土、木建筑材料,具有很高的蓄热能力,可以大大降低室外到室内的温度谐波振幅,可在改造时予以保留并修缮,既能发挥旧建筑的优点,又能保证传统建筑的原真性。The traditional residential buildings in Northern Henan usually have a courtyard-style layout. The author learned the local enclosure structure form and practice,calculated the heat transfer coefficient of each part of the enclosure structure,measured the indoor comfort indices of the building through on-site surveying and mapping of a typical traditional house in Daokou Town,in order to get the quantitative PMV description of thermal performance. It is found that the living comfort of the ancient town residents is not good.They feel cold when living indoors in winter.The study also finds that traditional exterior wall and roof practices are different from the modern residence.They are made from traditional earth and wood,so they have high heat storage capacity, which can greatly reduce the temperature harmonic amplitude from outdoor to indoor.These architectural practices can be preserved and repaired during renovation, which can not only take advantage of the old buildings,but also preserve the authenticity of traditional architecture.
