“三在视角”的传统街区更新策略研究——以明港镇中山街为例

摘　　要：传统街区作为城市老旧地区,是城市建设与更新的重点。其保护与发展的核心思想即:在地生活的延续。明港镇中山街是具有代表性的传统街区,其传统肌理仍在,但历史风貌受损,街区环境较差,人口流失严重。如何对这类传统街区进行“量体裁衣”式的改造更新,是值得研究的课题。文章结合“在地文化、在地陪伴、在地创生振兴”的“三在理论模式”研究中山街传统街区的更新策略,希望能够对明港镇中山街传统街区的风貌保护与更新利用提供有益借鉴。As the old urban area, the traditional block is the key point of urban construction and renewal.The core idea of its protection and development is the continuation of local life. Zhongshan Street, Minggang Town, is a representative traditional block.The traditional texture is still there, but the historical features are damaged, the neighborhood environment is poor, and the population loss is serious. How to carry out "tailored" transformation and renewal of this kind of traditional blocks is worth studying. This paper studies the renewal strategy of Zhongshan Street traditional block in combination with the "three-way theoretical model" of "local culture, local companionship, local creation and revitalization", hoping to provide useful reference for the protection and renewal of the traditional block in Zhongshan Street in Minggang Town.
