摘　　要：师资是大学立校之本。我国应用型大学师资队伍建设经历了职业教育型、学术理论型、双师双能型演进轨迹与发展脉络。应用型大学师资队伍具有应用型、行业性、市场化的应然属性。实践层面,应用型大学师资队伍建设应聚焦多师同堂式课堂教学实践、同步实操式实验实训管理和适度耦合式师资激励机制。Faculty is the foundation of colleges and universities.The construction of faculty in China’sapplication-oriented colleges and universities has undergone the following evolutionary trajectory and development path:from teaching staff specializing in vocational education to teaching staff excelling in academic theory to double-position and double-ability teachings staff.At present,the faculty of application-oriented colleges and universities has the natural attributes of being application-oriented,industry-oriented and market-oriented.At the practical level,the construction of teaching staff should focus on the classroom teaching practice of “multiple teachers in the same classroom”,the experiment and training management of “synchronous practice” and the “proper coupling” incentive mechanism for faculty.
