摘　　要：级进模生产方式具有效率高、产量大等众多优点,可实现制件的大批量、高精度生产,结合前支架级进模设计实例。介绍了制件展开方法及模具常用结构,常见问题的改善方法,对小孔冲裁、折弯回弹等常见的问题作出了解决方案,保证模具的高效率生产。Progressive die production has a lot of advantages,such as large output and high efficiency,in this paper,combined with the design example of the progressive die of the Front Bracket,the layout method and the common structure of the die are introduced,and the common problems of hole punching and bending rebound are proposed to ensure the high efficiency of the production of the die optimized die structure of die.
