摘  要:介绍了防溅板拉伸、修边冲孔、翻边成形、冲孔分离等成形工艺分析的基础上,经过改善和工序融合,提出了将原来的4工序优化为2工序甚至1工序的冲压方案。详细介绍了制件的冲压成形工序、模具结构以及模具的工作过程。有效地解决了生产成本高、生产效率低、设备和人员占用多等问题,实现了生产过程中质量的稳定和生产效率的提高。Based on the analysis of forming processes such as drawing,trimming and piercing,flanging forming and piercing separation of splash plate,after improvement and process integration,a stamping scheme is proposed to optimize the original 4 sequences into 2 sequences or even 1 sequence.The stamping forming process,die structure and working process of the die are introduced in detail.It effectively solves the problems of high production cost,low production efficiency and large occupation of equipment and personnel,and realizes the stability of quality and the improvement of production efficiency in the production process.
