摘　　要：拉伸模是保证制成合格冲压件最主要的工艺装备,影响其稳定性的因素非常多。介绍了覆盖件拉伸模调试维修经验,并对拉伸工艺要素和拉伸模典型缺陷的维修调试进行了分析。Drawing die is the most important process equipment to ensure the production of qualified stamping parts.There are many factors affecting its stability.This paper mainly introduces the debugging and maintenance experience of drawing die for covering parts,and analyzes the maintenance and debugging of drawing process elements and typical defects of drawing die.
