摘　　要：介绍了基于电脑机箱盖板的注射模实用结构,论述了模具的工作过程。该模具采用冷流道细水口转大水口潜伏式浇口三点进胶,一模一腔,卧式注塑机;运用CAX软件完成了塑件浇注系统设计,创新设计了由活动镶件、顶杆组合而成的两块顶杆板式二次顶出的模具结构特征。A practical structure was introduced on the injection mold for computer case cover plate and the working principle is discussed.This mold uses cold runner three plate type system and three sub gate,one mold cavities,horizontal injection molding.Using the CAX completed the mold parting surface design,the innovative design by the active insert and ejector pin of two ejector plates type secondary ejection of the mold structure characteristics.
