摘　　要：提高冲压材料利用率是控制冲压成本的关键,而汽车结构件由于板材厚,优化工艺提高材料利用率对于降本显得更为突出。从冲压件的外观特性、冲压件的成形特性及装配关系等来剖析如何提高汽车结构件材料利用率,进而降低整车生产成本,提高企业竞争力。Improving the material utilization rate is the key to control the stamping cost.It is especially obvious to decrease the structures"material cost for its thicker thickness.This article will analyze how to improve the material utilization rate from the shape character,forming character and assembly relationship to decrease the whole vehicle's production cost.
