摘　　要：制件的麻点率是冲压车间冲压件质量评价的重要指标之一。介绍了一种通过在拉伸模型面上增加网格的工艺来控制制件麻点率的方法,并对网格模的制造和调试方法进行了详细的阐述,对从事冲压制件质量管理和新车型开发相关工作的同行提供了一定的参考。The pitting rate of the parts is one of the important indicators for the quality evaluation of the parts in the stamping workshop.This paper introduces a method of controlling the pockmarking rate of parts by adding meshes on the drawing die surface,and elaborates the manufacturing and debugging methods of mesh die in detail.Peers in quality management and new model development related work provide a certain reference.
