摘 要:以SDS十二烷基硫酸钠作为发泡表面活性剂,聚合物为大庆炼化生产的聚丙烯酰胺,相对分子质量为1900×10^(4),用减氧后的废弃菌液配制泡沫体系进行一系列室内评价和减氧空气泡沫驱油实验,结果表明:微生物耗氧菌减氧速率与气液比成反比,气液比越大减氧速率越慢,在气液比为4∶1时24h可以使空气减氧到含氧量为10%的安全线以下,为矿场注采的安全生产运行提供保障;通过气泡悬滴弛豫震荡法,测定耗氧之后菌液的气液界面黏弹性,结果表明微生物菌液气液界面黏弹性强,可增强泡沫体系的稳定性,提高发泡表面活性剂半衰期一倍以上;驱油实验表明,用菌液配制的泡沫体系相比于单独二元泡沫体系,在非均质岩心条件下菌液泡沫体系能够多提高采收率5%,使体系对原油的乳化性能增强,不仅能够达到较好的泡沫驱油效果,而且还能大幅度降低气源成本。The foam system was prepared using the oxygen-reduced waste bacterial solution with SDS twelve alkyl sulfate as foaming surfactant and polyacrylamide(1900×10^(4) of relative molecular weight)produced by Daqing Refining&Chemical Company as polymer.A series of laboratory evaluations and experiments of oxy-gen-reduced air foam flooding were carried out.The results show that the oxygen-reduced rate of microbial oxygen-consumption bacteria is inversely proportional to the gas-liquid ratio,and the greater the gas-liquid ratio,the slower the oxygen-reduced rate.When the gas-liquid ratio is 4∶1,the oxygen content of air can be reduced below the safety line of 10%oxygen content in 24 h,which may ensure the safe operation of injection and production in the field.The viscoelasticity of the bacteria liquid at the gas-liquid interface after oxy-gen consumption is determined by means of bubble pendent-drop relaxation oscillation method.The results show that the microbial gas-liquid interface has strong viscoelasticity,which can enhance the stability of the foam system and increase the half-life of the foaming surfactant more than 100%.The experiment of oil dis-placement shows that the foam system prepared by the bacteria solution is better than the SP foam system alone.Under heterogeneous core conditions,the foam system can enhance the recovery by 5%and enhance the emulsifying performance of the system.It can not only achieve better foam flooding effect,but also greatly reduce the cost of gas source.
