摘 要:本文为了解决储层改造需水量大和采出水处理等问题,通过室内对比实验分析认为:石油类、表面活性剂以及细菌是影响羟丙基瓜胶在油田采出水中不溶胀的主要因素。在分析华北油田不同区块水质特点的基础上,采取优选有机溶剂和反向破乳剂等方法,探索形成了适合华北油田的采出水配制压裂液的配方体系:0.3%~0.5%羟丙基瓜胶+X%有机溶剂+1%反向破乳剂+0.2%助排剂+0.4%~0.6%交联剂,解决了羟丙基瓜胶粉在油田采出水中的溶胀问题并得出了其作用机理。室内实验表明:该压裂液体系不但解决了压裂需水量大和采出水处理等问题,而且具有良好的携砂性和耐温耐剪切性能、添加剂用量少等优点。通过现场实际施工应用26井次表明,该压裂液体系配制方便,性能稳定,增产效果明显,为华北油田提质增效、绿色开发提供了重要的技术支撑。In order to solve the problem of large water demands and produced water treatment for reservoir stimulation,laboratory experiments are done.It is considered that oil,surfactants and bacteria are the main factors affecting the non-swelling of hydroxypropyl guar gum in oilfield produced water.Based on analyzing the characteristics of water quality in various blocks in Huabei Oilfield,organic solvents and reverse demulsifiers optimizing and other methods are applied to forming a formula system for fracturing fluid prepared by pro-duced water in Huabei Oilfield:0.3%-0.5%hydroxypropyl guar gum+X%organic solvent+1%reverse demulsifier+0.2%cleanup additive+0.4%-0.6%cross linker.It solved the swelling of hydroxypropyl guar gum in the produced water and got its mechanism.Laboratory experiments show that the fracturing fluid sys-tem not only solves the problems of large water demands and produced water treatment,but also has good sand-carrying properties,temperature resistance and shear resistance,and few additive consumption.Field application of 26 well-times shows that the fracturing fluid system is easy to be prepared,stable in performance,and effective on stimulation.It provides important technical support for the quality and efficiency improvement and green development of Huabei Oilfield.
