摘  要:以内蒙古长城五矿的实际生产情况,针对“三下”压煤开采问题,设计了连采连充自流充填工艺,并将其划分为“制浆”“输矸”两部分。制浆站可在计算机控制下实现全自动生产,并采用可视化技术对制浆系统运行状态进行监控。并在采区现场进行组装、调试与运行。最后对充填效果进行分析,证明了连采连充自流充填工艺在长城五矿充填开采作业中是完全可行的,实现了矿井绿色开采,可以有效解决长城五矿“三下”压煤问题。According to the actual production situation of Changcheng No.5 Coal Mine in Inner Mongolia,aiming at the problem of coal mining under buildings,water bodies and railways,a set of continuous mining and gravity-flow filling process is designed,which is divided into pulping system and gangue transportation system.The pulping station is controlled by computer for full-automatic production,and the running state of the system is monitored through visualization technology.The systems are assembled,commissioned and operated in the mining field,and the filling effect is analyzed.The continuous mining and gravity-flow filling technology is feasible in the filling mining of Changcheng No.5 Coal Mine,which realizes green mining,solves the problem of coal mining under buildings,water bodies and railways.
