摘 要:为解决受刀把工作面受二次采动巷道围岩破碎导致支护失效的难题,首先根据二次采动巷道矿压的分布演变过程和实测锚索拉力值特征,调整巷道围岩超前控制范围、确定了注浆加固的工艺和时机;随后制定破碎围岩分步注浆和巷道超前支护参数补强优化方案;最后对比施工前后巷道锚索拉力和顶底板移近量,分析巷道围岩控制的效果。结果表明:采用分步注浆加固、扩大巷道超前支护范围并提高巷道顶板支护强度后,二次采动巷道围岩稳定性显著提高,锚索最大拉力由88kN减小至73kN,巷道顶底板平均移近量由633.3mm减小至368.8mm。In order to solve the problem of support failure caused by broken surrounding rock in secondary mining roadway,firstly,the advance control range of roadway surrounding rock is adjusted,and the process and time of grouting reinforcement are determined according to the distribution and evolution process of ground pressure in secondary mining roadway and the characteristics of measured anchor cable tension value.Then,the optimization scheme of substep grouting of broken surrounding rock and reinforcement of roadway advance support parameters is formulated.Finally,the effect of roadway surrounding rock control is analyzed by comparing the roadway anchor cable tension and displacement of the roof.The results show that after the substep grouting reinforcement,expanding the advance support range of the roadway and improving the support strength of the roadway roof,the stability surrounding rock of the secondary mining roadway is significantly improved,the maximum tension of the anchor cable is reduced from 88 kN to 73 kN,and the average roof-to-floor convergence of the roadway is reduced from 633.3 mm to 368.8 mm.
