摘 要:目的探究防风抽薹期不同部位人参炔醇含量的分布规律。方法运用高效液相色谱法,测定分析防风抽薹前后不同部位人参炔醇的含量。结果抽薹后人参炔醇总含量显著升高达1.624%,地上部分(0.819%)和根部(0.805%)的百分含量均增加;抽薹前防风根、茎和叶人参炔醇的百分含量逐渐递减,分别为根0.535%>茎0.438%>叶0.323%;抽薹后人参炔醇百分含量升高,根0.805%>茎0.572%>叶0.247%,根部人参炔醇主要含于木质部0.984%,韧皮部0.198%和髓部0.168%含量较低,而花蕾和种子人参炔醇的含量急剧升高,分别达到6.4786%和11.564%。结论明确了防风抽薹期人参炔醇含量的变化规律,旨在揭示伞形科植物抽薹机制和资源开发利用提供依据。Objective To investigate distribution of panaxynol content in different parts of Saposhnikovia divaricata.Methods HPLC method was used to determine the content of in different parts of Saposhnikovia divaricata before and after bolting.Results The total content of panaxynol was significantly increased by 1.624%after bolting,and the percentage content of above ground part(0.819%)and root(0.805%)were increased.The percentage of panaxynol in root,stem and leaf of Parsnips decreased gradually before bolting,which was 0.535%in root>stem 0.438%in>leaf 0.323%,respectively.After bolting,the percentage of panaxynol increased,0.805%of root>stem 0.572%of>leaf 0.247%,and 0.984%of root panaxynol was mainly contained in xylem,0.198%of phloem and 0.168%of pith were low,while the content of buds and seeds increased sharply,reaching 6.4786%and 11.564%,respectively.Conclusion This experiment has clarified the variation rule of panaxynol content during Saposhnikovia divaricata mossing period,in order to reveal the bolting mechanism of Umbrelliferae plants and provide the basis for resource development and utilization.
