摘　　要：农村养老一直是中国养老保障体系中的薄弱环节,如何促进农村养老可持续发展是学界和业界公认的现实难题。本文以2017年全国养老服务业典型案例为分析样本,运用扎根理论方法深入探究农村养老可持续运营的理论逻辑和实践逻辑,将农村养老运营扩展到基础规划、实践路径、价值共创的全流程。通过对农村养老运营流程中关键环节的解析,揭示了农村养老改革实现可持续目标的内在机制,构建了可持续的农村养老运营理论模型。研究表明,中国的现实国情由于与国外并不一样,决定了中国需要构建中国特色社会主义农村养老模式,政府主导、市场和社会力量发挥重要作用是中国农村养老走向可持续发展的必由路径,因而对中国农村养老改革实践具有重要的启示意义。Rural elderly security has always been a weakness in China’s elderly security system.How to promote the sustainable development of rural elderly security is a practical problem recognized by the academia and industry.Based on the typical cases of the national elderly security industry in 2017,this paper uses grounded theory to explore the theoretical and practical logic of the sustainable operation of rural elderly security.Expand the rural elderly security operation from the practice path to the whole process of basic planning, practice path and value co-creation.Through the analysis of the key links of rural elderly security operation process, this paper reveals the internal mechanism of how to reform rural elderly security to achieve the sustainable goal, and finally constructs a complete sustainable operation model of rural elderly security.The research shows that: the reality of China’s national conditions is different from that of foreign countries, which determines that China needs to build a socialist rural elderly security model with Chinese characteristics.Government leading, market and social forces playing important role is the way for China’s rural elderly security to move towards sustainable development.Therefore, it has important enlightenment for China’s rural elderly security reform.
