基于问卷调查的施工技术交底现状分析与对策

摘　　要：调查旨在分析建筑装饰装修行业施工技术交底现状,为新型工业化建造方式中的精准交底提供参考。采取问卷调查的方式,访问问卷抽样了420份调查对象数据。调查发现,未进行交底、交底不及时、思想不重视、形式内容单一是造成施工技术交底现状不理想的因素,导致施工过程粗犷和质量不精细。新型工业化建造方式需要改变这些状况,需要从4个方面着手:加强交底力度,制定检查措施;加强执行交底意识的灌输;交底开展形式的多元化;交底内容的编制应精准化。The purpose of the survey is to analyze the current situation of construction technology disclosure in building decoration industry,and to provide reference for accurate disclosure in new industrialized construction mode.By means of questionnaire survey,420 data of respondents were sampled.The investigation found that the factors that caused the unsatisfactory situation of the construction technical disclosure were not carried out,the disclosure was not timely,the thought was not paid attention to,and the form and content were single,which led to the rough and imprecise construction.The new industrial construction mode needs to change these conditions from four aspects:strengthening the disclosure and formulating inspection measures;strengthen the inculcation of the awareness of the implementation of disclosure;the form of disclosure is diversified;the preparation of disclosure content should be accurate.
