摘　　要：急性肺损伤(ALI)是一种病死率高的呼吸系统疾病,近年来备受关注。巨噬细胞的可塑性受染色质的表观遗传调控,决定着巨噬细胞不同的表型改变,在ALI发病进程中发挥重要的作用。近年来,许多研究发现一些中药复方及中药活性成分通过调控巨噬细胞向有益的方向活化达到防治ALI的作用。本文就巨噬细胞的起源、巨噬细胞可塑性的分子机制、ALI中巨噬细胞的可塑性以及一些中药复方和活性成分通过调节巨噬细胞极化来防治ALI等方面研究作一综述,从而明确巨噬细胞可塑性的分子靶点,为临床防治ALI提供新的理论依据。Acute lung injury(ALI)is a kind of respiratory disease with high mortality,which has attracted much attention in recent years. The plasticity of macrophages is regulated by chromatin epigenetics,which determines the phenotypic changes of macrophages and plays an important role in the pathogenesis of ALI. In recent years,it has been found that some traditional Chinese medicine compound and active ingredients can prevent and treat ALI by regulating the activation of macrophages in a beneficial direction. In this review,the origin of the macrophages,the molecular mechanism of macrophage plasticity,ALI in macrophage plasticity,some traditional Chinese medicine compound and active ingredient by regulating macrophage polarization to reach the role of prevention and treatment of ALI were summarized,so as to clarify the molecular targets of macrophage plasticity,and provide new theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment of ALI.
