摘  要:重庆中渡长江大桥主桥为(140+600+176)m地锚式悬索桥,为确保该桥施工和运营期间安全,对该桥设计关键技术进行研究。主梁采用带分流板的流线型扁平钢箱梁,进一步改善抗风性能的同时节省了材料;钢箱梁首次采用缆载吊机二次起吊+二次荡移+二次顶推方法施工,以适应桥址地形和长江水位变化。南岸采用重力式锚碇、沉井基础,因位于主城区、紧邻建筑物,沉井采用不排水下沉以保证施工过程中周围建筑物的安全;北岸采用大型隧道式锚碇以克服基岩泥岩强度低、遇水极易风化、对施工开挖和边坡稳定不利等难题。桥位处为长江主航道,针对船舶流量较大以及高水位时可能出现船舶靠近桥塔航行的情况,桥塔采用主动抗撞+被动防撞综合防撞技术。全桥采用系统性运营维养设计,提高了维养效率和桥梁耐久性。The Zhongdu Changjiang River Bridge in Chongqing is an earth-anchored suspension bridge with three spans of 140,600 and 176 m.To ensure the safety of the bridge in the construction process and at service stage,the key design techniques are studied.The stiffening girder consists of streamlined flat steel boxes with baffles that further improve the wind resistance of the bridge and save materials.To suit the geological condition at the bridge site and the variation of water levels,the steel box girders were erected by the main cable supported cranes,which featured the two-phase lifting,swinging and pushing of the girders that have been implemented for the first time in bridge engineering.The south anchorage is a gravity anchorage supported on open caisson foundation.Due to that the foundation is located in downtown and near to surrounding buildings,the open caisson was sunk without discharging water to ensure the safety of the surrounding buildings during construction process.At the north bank,the weak mudstone in bedrock is conducive to be weathered when touching water,which is adverse to construction excavation and slope stability.To address these issues,the north anchorage is designed as a large-scale tunnel anchorage.The pylons are located in the main navigation channel of Changjiang River,where the river traffic is busy,and the ships are possible to sail close to the pylons and cause collision accident.Hence,the pylons are protected both actively and passively lest there be hitting events.A systematic operation and maintenance design was performed,intending to improve the future maintenance efficiency as well as the durability of the bridge.
