摘  要:合肥市清溪西路桥主桥采用(90+165+90)m连续刚构桥,分左、右2幅,主梁单幅采用单箱双室截面,单个T构划分为0~20号节段,0号块采用混凝土腹板,1~3号、20号节段采用钢-混凝土组合腹板,其余节段均采用波形钢腹板。经方案比选,连续刚构悬臂段采用自承重悬臂浇筑法(SCC工法)异步挂篮施工。异步挂篮由主桁系统、走行锚固系统、吊挂系统等组成,挂篮主桁以安装完成的波形钢腹板为支撑基础,将悬臂节段底、顶板错位分开施工,主桁杆件受力较小,挂篮规格尺寸小,经验算挂篮结构强度和刚度满足规范要求。施工时,0号块浇筑完成后安装1号、2号节段波形钢腹板,并在其上安装异步挂篮,挂篮经预压合格后施工1号节段底板,安装3号节段波形钢腹板,挂篮前移,浇筑1号节段顶板、2号节段底板,依次按循环错位法施工至18号节段,最后按先边跨后中跨顺序合龙。The main bridge of West Qingxi Road Bridge is a continuous rigid-frame bridge with a main span of 165 m and two side spans of 90 m.The bridge contains two identical decks that are formed of two-cell concrete box girders.The rigid frame of each deck was divided into 20 segments to facilitate the construction.The pier-top segment is fitted with concrete webs,while the segments 1 to 3 and segment 20 are equipped with steel-concrete composite webs,and the remaining segments all have corrugated steel webs.By scheme comparison,the cantilevers of the continuous rigid-frame structure were constructed by the self-supporting cantilever casting(SCC)method using asynchronous form travelers.The primary components of the asynchronous form traveler include the main truss system,walking anchor system,and suspension system.The main truss of the form traveler can be supported on the corrugated steel webs and allow the bottom and top slabs of the cantilevers to be cast in a staggering manner.The dimensions of the main truss members and form travelers were small,and it was justified that the strength and rigidity of the form travelers could meet the code requirements.Once the casting of the pier-top segment was finished,the corrugated steel webs of the segments 1 and 2 were installed,on which the asynchronous form traveler was assembled.When the pre-compression of the form traveler was qualified,the bottom slab of segment 1 was cast,then,the corrugated steel webs of segment 3 were installed,the form traveler was moved forward to cast the top slab of segment 1 and bottom slab of segment 2,and the cycle was repeated until the completion of segment 18.The side spans were closed ahead of the central span.
