摘 要:为保证波形钢腹板刚构-连续组合体系桥的合龙精度,以(55+4×100+55)m波形钢腹板刚构-连续组合桥——文泰高速珊溪大桥为背景,采用MIDAS Civil软件建立该桥施工阶段有限元模型,分析不同合龙顺序和体系转换时机对桥梁结构位移及应力的影响。结果表明:合龙顺序和体系转换时机对主梁成桥应力影响较小,对主梁成桥竖向位移、主墩墩顶成桥水平位移影响显著;珊溪大桥采用“边跨→次边跨→中跨”的合龙顺序,并在中跨合龙后进行体系转换,有利于全桥线形控制、改善主墩受力状态。采用上述合龙顺序和体系转换时机,该桥次边跨及中跨合龙时的高差控制在10 mm以内;成桥线形实测值与理论值最大相差17 mm,该桥的合龙实施效果较好。The Shanxi Bridge of Wentai Expressway is a combined rigid-frame and continuous beam bridge,which has span arrangement of 55,4×100 and 55 m and features the corrugated steel webs.To ensure the closure accuracy of the bridge,the construction process of the bridge was numerically simulated by MIDAS Civil to analyze the effects of different closure sequence and timing of system transformation on the displacement of and stresses in the bridge structure.According to the analysis,the closure sequence and timing of system transformation actually exert minimal influence on the stresses in the main girder after completion,but have remarkable influence on the vertical displacement of the main girder and main pier-top horizontal displacement after completion.Finally,the determined closure sequence was to close the side span first,followed the secondary side span and central span,and the system transformation was realized after the closure of the central span.The solution was considered beneficial to the control of the geometry of the overall bridge and the loading condition of the main piers.The elevation bias of the secondary side span and central span was controlled to be less than 10 mm,and the maximum bias of the measured and theoretical geometries of the as-built bridge was 17 mm,proving that the closure accuracy of the bridge reached the required level.
