摘 要:总线型传感器采集系统在综合录井系统中广泛应用,SMART综合录井仪采用CAN总线传感器信号采集系统,通过安装在计算机内部的PCI CAN采集卡实现对现场各个传感器节点的信号采集并发送至录井软件,实现各个录井参数计算。由于采集系统与计算机紧密绑定,严重制约了录井软件系统升级和计算机性能提升,为设计更加灵活的采集系统,通过对以太网CAN采集模块的研究,替代SMART综合录井仪正在使用的PCI CAN采集卡,将采集系统与计算机脱离,实现网络化的传感器采集模式,从而提升了录井系统的可靠性和灵活性。Bus-type sensor acquisition system is widely used in comprehensive mud logging system.The SMART comprehensive logging tool adopts CAN bus sensor signal acquisition system.Through the PCI CAN acquisition card installed in the computer,the signal acquisition of each sensor node on site is realized and sent to mud logging software to realize the calculation of each mud logging parameter.The acquisition system is tightly bound to the computer,which seriously restricts the upgrading of the logging software system and the improvement of computer performance.For more flexible acquisition systems,through the research on the Ethernet CAN acquisition mode,the PCI CAN card used by the SMART comprehensive mud logging tool is replaced,the acquisition system is separated from the computer,and the networked sensor acquisition mode is realized,thereby improving the reliability and flexibility of the logging system.
