摘 要:为满足滨江河网地区人民群众对河流防洪安全、水环境、水生态、水景观等要求,达到水资源调用效益最优化,基于自主研发的GIS平台,实现滨江复杂河网地区水文、水动力及水质模型的耦合,集构模、连库、计算、调试和展示等为一体。通过Web Services接口设定调度预案及预报期边界条件,驱动预报调度模型进行计算,并直接获取预报调度模型的计算结果,即时生成最优调水方案。利用倾斜摄影技术和Skyline平台实现白屈港水利枢纽重点闸站的三维建模和调水演示,完成滨江复杂河网地区水环境调控仿真模拟系统的搭建及应用。应用结果显示:构建的滨江复杂河网地区水环境调控仿真模拟系统可为滨江复杂河网地区水环境调控给予很好的技术支持。Considering flood control safety, water environment, water ecology and landscape in the river network area, and to optimize the benefits of water resources, the system is established to integrate the hydrological model,hydrodynamic model and water quality model of the complex river network area with a GIS platform, and have the functions of modeling, calculation, debugging and display, etc. Through the Web Services interface the scheduling plan and the list of boundary conditions were set up for the forecast period, and the forecasting and regulation model is operated to generate the optimal water regulation. The tilt photography technology and Skyline platform are applied to demonstrate the 3D modeling and the water regulation plan of the key gates of Baiqu Port Water Conservancy. The case shows that the simulation system of water environment regulation and control in the complex river network area can provide technical support for water management.
