摘　　要：目前,市域社会治理现代化视野下的市域警务治理,存在着理论场域与实践场域间的断裂和张力,集中表现为理论指导实践的力度有限,且理论自身积淀尚显不足;实践中呈现一定程度的混乱,对市域警务概念无限放大,无关警务活动充斥其中。解决上述问题亟需廓清市域警务的基本概念,构建市域警务治理的基本理论范式。在本土化警务要素分析框架内,应梳理出文化转型等五种警务战略,重新搭建市域警务治理的核心哲学体系。Currently,in terms of municipal police governance under the vision of modernization of municipal social governance,there is a fracture and tension between theoretical field and practice field,which is mainly reflected in limited strength of theoretical guidance in practice,and insufficient theoretical accumulation,a certain degree of confusion in practice,infinitely magnified concept of municipal policing as well as many irrelevant police activities.To solve the above problems,it is urgent to clarify the basic concepts of municipal police and construct the basic theoretical paradigm of municipal police governance.Under the framework of analysis on localized police elements,five police strategies such as cultural transformation should be sorted out to rebuild the core philosophical system of municipal police governance.
