摘  要:目的探讨鼠神经生长因子联合微创软通道引流术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果及对患者脑损伤标志物水平和生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2021年1月延安市人民医院收治的150例高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法将其随机分为观察组(75例,鼠神经生长因子联合微创软通道引流术)和对照组(75例,微创软通道引流术)。比较两组的治疗效果、脑损伤标志物水平、生活质量、社会功能、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为90.67%,高于对照组的77.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的NSE、GFAP、LPO水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的Barthel指数评分均升高,SDSS评分均降低,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子联合微创软通道引流术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果显著,能够有效降低脑损伤标志物水平,提高患者的生活质量和社会功能,且安全性较高,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mouse nerve growth factor combined with minimally invasive soft channel drainage in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and its influences on the levels of brain injury markers and quality of life in patients.Methods A total of 150 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted in Yan'an people's hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and the patients were randomly divided into observation group(75 cases,mouse nerve growth factor combined with minimally invasive soft channel drainage)and control group(75 cases,minimally invasive soft channel drainage)by lottery method.The treatment effect,levels of brain injury markers,quality of life,social function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.67%,which was higher than 77.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of NSE,GFAP and LPO in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Barthel index score increased and SDSS score decreased in both groups,and those in the observation group were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Mouse nerve growth factor combined with minimally invasive soft channel drainage in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage has a significant clinical effect,it can effectively reduce the levels of brain injury markers,improve the quality of life and social function of patients with high safety,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
