摘　　要：目的探讨布地奈德粉吸入剂雾化吸入+氯雷他定口服治疗成人感染后咳嗽的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月至2020年12月收治的80例成人感染后咳嗽患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为研究①组和研究②组,各40例。研究①组接受布地奈德粉吸入剂雾化吸入治疗,研究②组接受布地奈德粉吸入剂雾化吸入+氯雷他定口服治疗。比较两组治疗1个月后的临床病情控制有效率及治疗前、治疗1个月后的白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平、生活质量、咳嗽程度及诱导痰介质嗜酸性粒细胞计数(EOS)。结果治疗1个月后,研究②组的临床病情控制总有效率高于研究①组(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,研究②组的IL-10水平高于研究①组,IL-4、IgE、TNF-α水平低于研究①组(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,研究②组的LCQ-MC评分高于研究①组,VAS评分及EOS低于研究①组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德粉吸入剂雾化吸入+氯雷他定口服治疗成人感染后咳嗽的效果更佳,能有效改善炎性因子水平,控制咳嗽程度,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of atomization inhalation of budesonide powder for inhalation+oral loratadine in the treatment of cough after infection in adults.Methods A total of 80 adult patients with cough after infection treated from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into study①group and study②group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The study①group was treated with atomization inhalation of budesonide powder for inhalation,and the study②group was treated with atomization inhalation of budesonide powder for inhalation+oral loratadine.The effective rate of clinical disease control and the levels of interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-4(IL-4),immunoglobulin E(IgE)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),quality of life,cough degree and eosinophil count(EOS)of induced sputum medium before and after 1 month of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of treatment,the total effective rate of clinical disease control in the study②group was higher than that in the study①group(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the level of IL-10 in the study②group was higher than that in the study①group,while the levels of IL-4,IgE and TNF-αwere lower than those in the study①group(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,LCQ-MC score of the study②group was higher than that of the study①group,while VAS score and EOS were lower than those of the study①group(P<0.05).Conclusion The atomization inhalation of budesonide powder for inhalation+oral loratadine in the treatment of cough after infection in adults has a better effect.It can effectively improve the levels of inflammatory factors,control the cough degree,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worth popularizing.
