重组人干扰素α-2b结合保妇康栓治疗HPV感染的临床效果及对患者炎症因子水平的调节作用

摘　　要：目的分析重组人干扰素α-2b结合保妇康栓治疗人类乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床效果及对患者炎症因子水平的调节作用。方法选取我院2018年5月至2021年5月收治的300例HPV感染患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(150例,重组人干扰素α-2b)和观察组(150例,重组人干扰素α-2b+保妇康栓)。比较两组的治疗效果、临床症状改善情况、血清及宫颈微生态炎症因子水平、体液免疫指标水平、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.33%,明显高于对照组的89.33%(P<0.05)。观察组的HPV转阴时间、异常分泌物持续时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的宫颈炎症积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的TNF-α、IL-6、COX-2、TLR2水平低于对照组,VEGF、INF-γ水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的IgA、IgM、IgG、补体C3、补体C4水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α-2b结合保妇康栓治疗HPV感染的临床效果显著,能够抑制机体炎症因子表达,改善患者的体液免疫功能,且安全性较高,有助于促进患者康复。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of recombinant human interferonα-2b combined with Baofukang suppository in the treatment of human papillomavirus(HPV)infection and its regulatory effect on the levels of inflammatory factor in patients.Methods A total of 300 HPV infection patients admitted in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(150 cases,recombinant human interferonα-2b)and observation group(150 cases,recombinant human interferonα-2b+Baofukang suppository)according to the random number table method.The therapeutic effect,clinical symptom improvement,serum and cervical microecological inflammatory factor levels,humoral immune indexes levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.33%,which was significantly higher than 89.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The time of HPV negative conversion and the duration of abnormal secretions in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the cervical inflammation score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6,COX-2 and TLR2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of VEGF and INF-γwere higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgA,IgM,IgG,complement C3 and complement C4 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human interferonα-2b combined with Baofukang suppository in the treatment of HPV infection has a significant clinical effect,it can inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors in the body,improve the humoral immune function of patients,and has high safety,which helps to promote the
