微针刀松解疗法+桃红四物汤加减治疗黄褐斑的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨微针刀松解疗法+桃红四物汤加减治疗黄褐斑的临床效果。方法收集2018年11月至2020年11月来院治疗的60例女性黄褐斑患者的临床资料,按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=30)和治疗组(n=30)。对照组采取桃红四物汤加减+凡士林乳膏外涂,治疗组采取微针刀松解疗法+桃红四物汤加减。比较两组的黄褐斑皮损总积分、临床疗效、性激素水平及满意度。结果治疗后,两组的黄褐斑皮损总积分均较治疗前显著降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的治疗总有效率为83.33%,高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的FSH、E_(2)水平低于对照组和治疗前,Prog水平高于对照组和治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗组的满意度为90.00%,高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。结论微针刀松解疗法+桃红四物汤加减治疗黄褐斑的效果显著,可改善患者的皮肤状态,调整性激素水平,提升满意度。Objective To explore the clinical effect of micro needle knife release therapy+modified Taohong Siwu decoction on chloasma.Methods The clinical data of 60 female patients with chloasma treated in the hospital from November 2018 to November 2020 were collected.The patients were divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with modified Taohong Siwu decoction+external application of vaseline cream,and the treatment group was treated with micro needle knife release therapy+modified Taohong Siwu decoction.The total score of chloasma lesions,clinical efficacy,sex hormone level and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total score of chloasma lesions in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,and that in the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 83.33%,which was higher than 60.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH and E_(2) in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group and before treatment,while the level of Prog was higher than that in the control group and before treatment(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the treatment group was 90.00%,which was higher than 66.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro needle knife release therapy+modified Taohong Siwu decoction in the treatment of chloasma has a significant effect,it can ameliorate the skin state,adjust the level of sex hormones and improve satisfaction of patients.
