摘　　要：目的探讨护理风险管理在经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PICC)治疗的肿瘤患者中的应用效果。方法抽取2020年1月至2021年1月在我院接受PICC治疗的130例肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照双色球法将其随机分为对照组和研究组,每组65例。对照组接受常规PICC护理管理,研究组在对照组基础上进行护理风险管理。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组的PICC相关并发症总发生率、非计划性拔管率均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的护理满意度各维度评分、护理质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理可提高经PICC治疗的肿瘤患者的护理满意度、生活质量,降低导管相关并发症发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application effect of nursing risk management on tumor patients treated with peripherally inserted central catheters(PICC).Methods A total of 130 tumor patients who received PICC treatment in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and research group according to the two-colour ball method,with 65 cases in each group.The control group received conventional PICC nursing management,and the research group carried out nursing risk management on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total incidence of PICC-related complications and unplanned extubation rate in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of nursing satisfaction of all dimensions and nursing quality in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk management can improve nursing satisfaction and life quality of tumour patients treated with PICC,and reduce the incidence of catheter-related complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
