摘 要:敷缆连续管电潜泵采油技术可以解决传统有杆采油工艺中存在的杆管磨偏、腐蚀、结垢等问题,可降低检维修作业成本,实现采油系统智能控制、节能降耗的目的。介绍了国内外敷缆连续管电潜泵采油技术及其发展状况,并针对我国敷缆连续管在电潜泵采油作业中存在的问题提出了一些建议。指出了非金属敷缆连续管受到材料强度和耐温性等因素的影响,不能完全满足油田的需求,应进一步优化非金属敷缆连续管材料性能,加大金属基敷缆连续管产品的开发和推广,完善现场作业服务,助力电潜泵采油技术进步。Coiled tubing with cables electric submersible pump oil production technology can solve the problems of rod and pipe wear deviation, corrosion and scaling in the traditional rod oil production process, reduce the cost of inspection and maintenance, and realize the purpose of intelligent control of oil production system and energy saving and consumption reduction. The development status of coiled tubing with cables electric submersible pump oil production technology at home and abroad are introduced, and some suggestions for the problems existing in electric submersible pump oil production in China are put forward. It is pointed out that due to the influence of material strength, temperature resistance and other factors, the non-metallic coiled tubing with cables can not fully meet the needs of the oilfield. It is necessary to further optimize the material performance of non-metallic coiled tubing with cables,increase the development and promotion of coiled tubing with cables products based on the metal, improve on-site operation services,and help the progress of electric submersible pump oil production technology.
