摘 要:目的通过分析梅州地区住院医师规范化培训学员心理压力现状,了解住培学员心理压力来源,从而进行疏导。方法以2019年梅州地区在培学员作为研究对象,发放《PSTR心理压力量表》进行问卷调查,并对学员压力来源及压力评分与学历、学员属性、有无医师资格证、夜班情况、培训年份、婚姻、每周工作时长、培训专业等关系进行统计分析。结果问卷调查显示49.23%的学员表示存在不同程度压力,第一压力主要来源于工作(49.2%),第二压力来源于经济(22.8%),与其他压力来源相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训专业对学员的压力评分具有明显影响,全科、麻醉、内科、妇产科学员的压力评分高于外科、急诊科学员的压力评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关注学员的压力,了解学员压力来源并进行干预,保证其顺利完成学习任务,是每一个培训基地的责任。Objective By analyzing the current situation of the psychological pressure of the residents in the standardized training of residents in Meizhou,we can understand the source of the psychological pressure of the residents,so as to provide guidance.Methods PSTR Psychological Distress scale was used to evalue the stress burden and origin among trainees in 2019.The association between stress burden and education background,attribute,doctor qualification,night duty status,training time,marital status,working hours per week,major was also analyzed.Results 49.23%trainees were exposed to psychosocial stress.The major source was work(49.2%)and finance(22.8%).Additonally,the major also had obvious influence on stress scores.Trainees in general practice,anesthesia,internal medicine and obstetricsgynecology had significant higher stress scores than those in emergency medicine and surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion It is the responsibility of every training base to pay attention to the pressure of students,understand the source of students'pressure and intervene to ensure that they can successfully complete their learning tasks.
