摘 要:针对万福煤矿井底车场巷道在围岩节理裂隙发育、高地应力条件下掘进过程中遇到的支护难题,基于对井底车场围岩物理力学特征测试,采用针对性高强锚注方式支护,展开了三次锚注参数必选试验,试验结果表明:万福煤矿井底车场巷道锚杆杆体钢材型号应不小于45号钢,杆体直径宜选用25mm。现场工业性应用效果明显,围岩的收敛变形速率明显变小,较好地解决了此类支护难题,为类似条件下巷道围岩控制提供了实践经验。In view of the support problems encountered in the excavation of the roadway of the shaft bottom parking lot in Wanfu Coal Mine under the conditions of joint fissure development of surround-ing rock and high ground stress,based on the test of the physical and mechanical characteristics of the surrounding rock of the shaft bottom parking lot,the targeted high-strength anchor grouting method is adopted for support,and three mandatory tests of anchor grouting parameters are carried out,the test results show that the steel type of anchor rod in the roadway of the bottom car yard of W anfu Coal Mine should not be less than 45 steel,and the rod diameter should be 25 mm.The field industrial application effect is obvious,and the convergence deformation rate of surrounding rock is obviously re-duced,which better solves this kind of support problem,and provides practical experience for roadway surrounding rock control under similar conditions.
