摘  要:本文以杭州机场线7标火合区间联络通道为例,进行冻结盐水循环系统的设计,并通过实测数据分析冻结系统运行状态。结合实际工程案例,阐述了联络通道冻结法施工长距离盐水循环系统方案设计和实施中应遵循的原则与要点,同时对盐水循环系统中冻结管路内积气现象进行了分析,并提出了预防措施,为相似盐水循环冻结系统的设计和施工提供了可参考性的建议。Based on Standard Huohe interconnection tunnel of Hangzhou Airport Line 7 as an example,a design was conducted on the freezing brine circulation system and the site measured data were ap plied to analyze the operation state.In combination with the actual engineering cases,the paper stated the plan design of the long distance brine circulation system for the ground freezing method construc-tion of the interconnection tunnel and the principle and key points followed in the practices.Mean-while,an analysis was conducted on the air accumulation phenomenon occurred in the freezing pipeline of the brine circulation system and the prevention measures were provided.All above could provide the reference proposals to the design and construction of the similar brine circulation system.
