摘  要:脉宽调制技术(PWM)作为伺服控制系统中必不可少的一环,在实现数字化驱动上起到非常关键的作用。通过总结一部分算法不重复而具有参考性的文献,展示了脉宽调制技术的发展脉络,介绍了从正弦脉宽调制技术(SPWM)到空间矢量脉宽调制技术(SVPWM)的过渡与应用过程,包含两者的比较、SVPWM技术的基本原理与实验仿真等;重点介绍了SVPWM过调制技术在提升逆变器的电压利用率,增大电机功率因数与转矩能力方面的发展与优化。并介绍了传统过调制技术与在动态过调制中的3种调制方法,得出其优缺点并指出目前存在的难以解决的问题,有效地利用这些过调制算法可提升电机的动态响应速度且使电机能稳定地运行在过调制区域,为研究SVPWM过调制技术提供参考。As an indispensable part of servo control system,pulse width modulation(PWM)plays a very important role in realizing digital drive.By summarizing some references without repetition,the development of pulse width modulation technology was shown,the transition and application process from sinusoidal pulse width modulation technology(SPWM)to space vector pulse width modulation technology(SVPWM)were introduced,including the comparison of the two,the basic principle of SVPWM technology and experimental simulation.Then the development and optimization of SVPWM overmodulation technology in improving voltage utilization rate of inverter,increasing motor power factor and torque capacity were introduced.And the traditional overmodulation technology and three modulation methods in dynamic overmodulation were introduced,the advantages,disadvantages and the existing difficult problems were pointed out.Effectively using these overmodulation algorithms can improve the dynamic response speed of the motor and make the motor run stably in the overmodulation region,which provides reference for the study of SVPWM overmodulation technology.
