摘 要:传递误差是斜齿轮传动系统产生振动和噪声的激励源之一,运用Romax软件对斜齿轮传动系统进行建模,通过对模型进行静力学分析得到斜齿轮系统的静态传递误差;建立了计及刚度激励、齿侧间隙和静态传递误差等非线性因素的斜齿轮系统纯扭转动力学模型;将含一阶谐波分量和多阶谐波分量的静态传递误差分别带入到系统的状态方程,基于数值积分的方法对系统状态方程进行求解,通过加速度响应图的对比可知,静态传递误差的高次谐波分量对系统的振动有较大的影响。同时在多谐波分量静态传递误差的基础上分析了阻尼比、负载和间隙对斜齿轮系统动力学特性的影响。结果表明,增大阻尼比在一定程度上可以弱化系统的非线性,并且可以抑制系统的响应幅值;减小间隙和负载,振动位移随之减小,有利于系统运行的平稳性。Transmission error is one of the excitation sources of the helical gear transmission system vibration and noise.Romax software was used to model the helical gear transmission system,and the static transmission error was obtained through statics analysis of the model.A pure torsional dynamics model of helical gear system was established,which took into account nonlinear factors such as stiffness excitation,tooth clearance and static transfer error.The static transmission error including first-order harmonic component and multi-order harmonic component was brought into the state equation of the system respectively.The state equation of the system was solved based on the numerical integration method.Through the comparison of acceleration response diagram,it could be seen that the higher-order harmonic component of static transmission error had a great impact on the vibration of the system.Based on the static transmission error of multi harmonic components,the effects of damping ratio,load and clearance on the dynamic characteristics of helical gear system were analyzed.The results show that increasing the damping ratio can weaken the nonlinearity of the system to a certain extent and suppress the response amplitude of the system.Reducing the clearance and load will reduce the vibration displacement,which is conducive to the stability of system operation.
