摘　　要：介绍了一种低压变压器接线端子自动装配机的设计,实现对端子的自动装配功能,包含了塑壳件进料、接线片进料、压线螺钉进料、检测机构、端子闭合机构、排废出料系统。塑壳件进料实现对产品的自动进料;压线螺钉进料实现对端子螺钉的装配;检测机构实现对端子的接线片、螺钉等判断是否安装合格;端子闭合机构可以为合格产品进行出料准备;排废出料机构对不合格产品送入废品区。总结了低压变压器接线端子自动装配机的设计方案和思路,并将其应用在生产线中,具有提高生产效率、降低人力劳动强度等优点,避免了实际生产中由于人工重复疲劳作业导致端子螺丝较松或较紧的问题,解决了目前行业中所缺少的自动对变压器接线端子装配的设计。The design of an automatic assembling machine for low voltage transformer terminals was introduced,the automatic assembly function of terminals were realized,including plastic shell parts feeding,terminal lug feeding,crimping screw feeding,screw screwing mechanism,detection mechanism,terminal close mechanism,waste discharge system.Plastic shell parts feeding realizes automatic feeding of products.Screw-tightening mechanism realizes automatic assembly of terminal blocks.The detection mechanism can judge whether the terminal lug and screw are installed properly.Terminal closing mechanism can prepare for discharging qualified products.Discharging and discharging institutions send unqualified products into the waste area.The design scheme and ideas of the automatic assembly machine for lowvoltage transformer terminal blocks were summarized,and applied in the production line.It has the advantages of improving production efficiency and reducing labor intensity,avoid the problem of loose or tight terminal screws due to repeated manual fatigue operations in actual production,it solves the design of automatic transformer terminal assembly that is lacking in the current industry.
