摘　　要：针对基于客户定制化的电梯产品,如何快速处理非标需求,成为大多数电梯厂家急需解决的问题。以提高设计效率为目标,以标准化参数订单为研究对象,通过利用Excel强大的数据处理能力并结合VBA编程,开发了一种结合标准产品配置、模块化设计及参数化非标设计的电梯系统,可自动载入电梯参数,自动生成部件BOM,实现从电梯整机参数输入到电梯部件物料BOM清单生成的快速非标设计功能。从而减少人工非标设计工时,大大提高工作效率。For the customized elevator products,how to quickly deal with the non-standard demand has become an urgent problem for most elevator manufacturers.In order to improve the design efficiency,taking the standardized parameter order as the research object,an elevator design system was developed combining standard product configuration,modular design and parametric non-standard design by using Excel′s powerful data processing ability and VBA programming.The system could automatically load elevator parameters,automatically generate component BOM,and realized the fast non-standard design function from the input of elevator machine parameters to the generation of elevator component BOM.Thus,it could reduce the non-standard design labor hours,greatly improved the work efficiency and enhanced the production capacity.
