摘 要:在地浸采铀过程中,研究与抽注液量相关的因素及其作用方式,对提高并稳定生产井的抽注液能力具有重要意义。研究表明,浸出剂配方与浸出工艺是产生沉淀而堵塞矿层的基本原因,浸出剂中固体微粒造成的矿层堵塞是抽注液量下降的重要因素,气体堵塞及其他如抽注量剧烈变化也是影响抽注液量的因素。针对以上因素,生产过程中应采用有效的过滤工序、合适的浸出剂配方、适当的增产措施(如酸化洗井等矿层渗透性保护技术),以维持或提高矿床的抽注液量,实现经济、高效开发地浸矿山的目的。It is very important to study the impact factors of production capacity and types of action during in-situ leaching uranium for stabilizing even improving the pumping-injection power of production wells during in-situ leaching. The results show that the formula of leaching agent and leaching process are the basic factors which result in precipitation and then block the ore horizon, and particulate clogging ore zones is an important factor leading to the lowering production capacity. In addition, gas plugging and other factors also effect the production. Regarding the factors, the high-precision filtration, suitable leaching formula and acid stimulation technologies should be applied during production, in order to maintain or increase the production capacity, and to develope the in-situ leaching mine economically and efficiently.
