摘 要:以萃取混合澄清器的澄清室为研究对象,通过改变澄清室结构,包括:1)在澄清室加装挡板和带孔栅板;2)保持混合室与澄清室体积比不变,减小澄清室高度,增加澄清室面积;3)在澄清室顶部加装混合相溜槽,增加混合相流通路径等3种措施,来提高其澄清能力。研究表明,这3种措施对提高混合澄清器的澄清性能均有一定作用,其中增加澄清室面积对提高澄清性能效果最好,其次为增设混合相溜槽,最后是增设挡板和带孔栅板。Taking the clarification chamber of mixer-settler as the research object, the structure of the clarifying chamber was changed, including: 1)installing baffles and baffles with holes, 2)keeping the volume ratio of the mixing chamber to the clarification chamber, reducing the height of the clarification chamber, increasing the area of the clarification chamber, 3)installing a mixed chute on the top of the clarification chamber, to improve its clarification ability. The results show that the three measures play a certain role in improving the clarification effect, among which increasing the clarification area is the most effective to improve the clarification capacity, followed by adding a mixed phase chute, and adding baffles and baffles with holes.
