摘 要:为解决铀转化生产系统中二氧化铀投料过程劳动强度大、自动化程度低等问题,设计了适用于二氧化铀产品桶的翻转卸料装置。该装置利用气动马达带动蜗轮减速机(能自锁)作为翻转动力源,抱箍式锁紧机构作为转运桶夹具,配合翻转支架、控制系统等其他部件,实现了二氧化铀卸料过程的自动化。利用SolidWorks Simulation仿真分析软件对翻转卸料装置的关键零部件——抱箍式锁紧机构进行了力学分析,验证了设计方案的合理性。近2年的生产应用表明,该套设备可明显提高生产效率,操作过程运行稳定,能够安全可靠地完成投料动作,并保证物料粉尘无泄漏,能够满足生产及职业安全、职业卫生的需求。In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity and low degree of automation in the uranium dioxide feeding process in the uranium conversion production system, a turnover unloading device suitable for uranium dioxide product barrels has been designed. The device uses a pneumatic motor to drive a worm gear reducer(self-locking) as the turnover power source, a hoop-type locking mechanism as a transfer barrel fixture, and other components such as a turning bracket, a control system, etc., to realize the automation of the uranium dioxide unloading process. The mechanical analysis of the hoop-type locking mechanism, which is the key component of the turnover unloading device, has been carried out using SolidWorks Simulation, and the rationality of the design scheme has been verified. The device has been applied in the uranium conversion production line, and the processing of more than 1 000 barrels of materials has been completed. The practical application in the past two years show that the equipment can significantly improve production efficiency, runs stably, can complete the feeding action safely and reliably, and ensure that the material dust does not leak, can meet the requirements of production safety and occupational health.
