摘 要:铀转化自动投料生产线上的料桶装料后,整体质量较大,若生产线发生故障则会影响整个生产线的正常运转,料桶倾倒会导致物料发生泄漏,因此有必要对滚筒受力情况进行分析。笔者对电动滚筒进行三维建模,结合实际工况离散化滚筒模型,并给与适当的约束和载荷,进行建模分析。研究表明,适当减小生产线滚筒的长度,同时根据受力情况改变滚筒体的支撑结构或适当增加滚筒外壳钢板厚度,可以提高滚筒强度。After the barrels on the uranium conversion automatic feeding production line are loaded,the overall quality is relatively large.If the production line fails,the normal operation of the entire production line will be affected,and the barrels will be dumped,resulting in leakage of materials.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the force on the drum.The three-dimensional modeling of the electric drum is carried out,combined with the actual working conditions,the drum model is discretized,and the bearing conditions are analyzed to give appropriate constraints and loads.The results show that the strength of the drum can be improved by decreasing the length of the drum and changing the support structure or increasing the thickness of the drum.
