摘  要:以某地浸铀矿山为背景,研发粉料自动投料装置,实现了地浸铀矿山粉料投料的自动化,同时通过采用KEP ServerEX数据接口,研发三维可视化管控平台,实现了粉料投料装置的可视化远程管控,可以在三维场景中真实有效地展示粉料投料装置的全生产过程。将生产环境与虚拟模型相结合,实现了生产信息与三维模型信息的物理融合、模型融合、数据融合、服务融合,实现了透明、集中的三维可视化管控,进一步降低了劳动强度,提高了安全生产效率。Taking an in-situ leaching uranium mine as the background,a kind of automatic powder feeding device has been developed to realize the automatic feeding of the powder materials.By using the KEP ServerEX data interface,the 3D visual control platform has been developed,and the visual remote monitoring of the powder feeding device has been realized.It has displayed for truly and effectively about the whole production process of the powder feeding device.The production environment and virtual environment andit are combined to realize the physical fusion,model fusion,data fusion and service fusion of the production information and 3D model,and realize the transparent and centralized,which further reduces labor intensity and improves safety production efficiency.
