摘 要:利用密度-电导-温度组合法测量铀酸混合溶液中的铀质量浓度和硝酸浓度,在建立铀酸混合溶液密度、电导率与铀质量浓度、硝酸浓度之间数学模型的基础上,研制了由孪生差压式密度计、电磁感应式电导率仪、温度测量电路、工业平板计算机、数采控制模块构成的铀酸联合在线监测仪,该仪器通过数学模型处理数据并显示铀酸混合溶液中的铀质量浓度和硝酸浓度。研制的仪器样机在铀纯化工厂进行了工业现场应用,取得了较好的效果。Using density-conductivity-temperature grouping method to measure the concentration of uranium and nitric acid in uranic acid mixed solution, on the basis of establishing the mathematical model between the density and conductivity of uranic acid mixed solution and the concentration of uranium and nitric acid, a joint on-line monitor for uranic acid consisting of twin differential pressure densitometer, electromagnetic induction conductivity meter, temperature measuring circuit, industrial flat computer and A/D conversion module is developed. The monitor processes data and displays the concentration of uranium and nitric acid in uranic acid mixture solution through mathematical model. The prototype of the instrument has been tested in the uranium purification plant and good results have been obtained.
