摘  要:研究了使用Na_(2)SiO_(3)·9H_(2)O-(NaPO_(3))_(6)无碳结合剂的中间包干式料其体积密度、抗折强度、耐压强度、线变化率和抗渣性能的变化,并对渗透性机理进行了分析。结果表明:Na_(2)SiO_(3)·9H_(2)O含量为 4% 时,干式料表现出优异的综合性能,能够满足现场工况的使用要求。抗渣性试验表明,这种干式料抗侵蚀性较好,但抗渗透性较差。其原因是: 渣液容易与结合剂烧结后的液相互熔,并沿着液相形成的微通道向干式料内部渗透,由于在渗透层中分布的渣液与液相的混合物具有较高的黏度,从而在渗透层中形成了相对稳定的不动层,使中间包渣液向干式料内部反应的驱动力减小,进而阻碍了渣液与干式料间的反应过程,因此表现出干式料与渣液易于浸润但侵蚀性不明显的特征。In this paper,the changes of bulk density,flexural strength,compressive strength,linear change rate,slag resistance of tundish dry material with Na_(2)SiO_(3)·9H_(2)O-(NaPO_(3))_(6)carbon-free binder system were studied,and the permeability mechanism was analyzed. The results show that when the content of Na_(2)SiO_(3)·9H_(2)O is 4% ,it exhibits excellent comprehensive performance,which can meet the requirements of on-site working conditions. The slag resistance test shows that the corrosion resistance is good,but the permeability resistance is poor. The reason is that the slag is easy to melt with the liquid after sintering of the binder and penetrate into the dry material along the microchannel formed by the liquid phase. Because the mixture of slag liquid and liquid phase distributed in the permeable layer has a higher viscosity,a relatively stable immobile layer is formed in the permeable layer,which reduces the driving force for the tundish slag to react to the dry material,thereby hindering the reaction process between the slag liquid and the dry material,so the dry material and the slag liquid are easy to infiltrate but the corrosiveness is not obvious.
