摘 要:数字阵列天线的应用是未来军用相控阵雷达最主要的发展方向,数字化的设计带来了更高的系统集成度、更远的作用距离、更丰富的自定义功能等优势的同时,在测试技术层面也带来了诸多改变。本文从数字阵列天线远场测试的角度介绍幅相测试的方法、系统测试设计原理,并针对实际工程应用提供具体实现方式。实际测试结果表明这些方法和实现方式有效,对于数字阵列天线远场的测试评估具有广泛的工程应用价值。同时得益于数字化测试的特征,测试过程会形成大量有价值的实验数据,能够为国防大数据分析提供庞大的数据基础,为测试的智能化拓展提供机器学习资源。The application of digital array antenna is the main development direction of military phased array radar in the future.The digital design brings many advantages,such as higher system integration,farther range of action,and richer user-defined functions.In addition,it also brings many changes in testing technology.In this paper,the method of amplitude and phase measurement and the principle of system test design are introduced from the perspective of far-field measurement of digital array antenna.Specific implementation methods are provided for practical engineering applications.The test results show that the proposed measurement methods and implementation methods have high application value for the far-field measurement and evaluation of digital array antenna.Due to the characteristics of digital testing,the testing process will generate a large number of valuable test data,which can provide a data base for national defense big data analysis and provide machine learning resources for intelligent expansion of testing.
