摘  要:为给有性繁殖困难的国家二级保护植物长序榆属扦插繁殖提供指导,在陕西镇坪县,采用正交试验设计,研究了激素种类、处理浓度、处理时间等3个因素及其3水平对长序榆1 a生嫩枝扦插生根的影响。试验结果表明:长序榆扦插苗以愈伤组织生根为主;9个处理的平均生根率为33.3%~100.0%,平均根长6.40~21.33 cm,平均每根插穗生根数4.50~17.07个;3个因素对生根效果都有极显著影响,主次效应为:激素种类>处理时间>处理浓度;最有利于扦插生根的组合为:200 mg·L^(-1)ABT浸泡2 h。Ulmus elongate as a national second-class protected plant is difficult to reproduce sexually.To solve the problems,the research was conducted to figure out the effects of hormone type,concentration and treatment time on the survival rate of Ulmus elongata cuttage based on orthogonal experiment design.The results showed that the rooting rate of the cuttage propagation of Ulmus elongata was 65.33%.The three factors had significant effects on rooting effect,and the primary and secondary effects of each factor were as follows:hormone type>treatment time>treatment concentration.The best cutting combination of Ulmus elongata was 200 mg·L^(-1) ABT soaking for 2 h.The cuttage of Ulmus elongata was mainly rooted by callus.
