摘　　要：在对胜任力与胜任力模型相关研究的基础上,把胜任力研究成果引入高校,通过选择高绩效的优秀教师作为效标样本,并利用行为事件访谈技术(BEI)、问卷调查和教师团体焦点访谈等方式探讨高校教师应具备的胜任力,构建以认知胜任力、人际互动胜任力、成就特征、接纳特征、师德特征、知识技能等六方面组成的高校教师胜任力模型,为高等学校教师的招聘、培养、业绩评估等工作提供依据与借鉴。On the basis of relevant research on competency and competency model,this paper introduces the results of competency research into colleges and universities,selects outstanding teachers with high performance as the sample of effectiveness,and discusses the competency that college teachers should possess by means of behavioral event interview(BEI),questionnaire survey and teacher group focus interview.The construction of competency model which is composed of cognitive competence,interpersonal interaction competence,achievement characteristics,acceptance characteristics,teacher morality characteristics,knowledge skills,provides a basis and reference for the recruitment,training,performance evaluation and other work of teachers in colleges.
